Privacy Policy

This policy explains exactly what information this website collects, what it uses to work, and how your data is kept safe. In short: no cookies, no tracking, no analytics, and no advertising — the only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the contact form and submit:

• Name — so we know who we're talking to.
• Email address — so we can reply.
• Business name (optional) — context for your enquiry.
• Project type & details — what you'd like built.

We do not ask for, or store, sensitive information (no passwords, no payment details, no government IDs). There is no account system and no login.

What the website uses to run

This is a static website with a small contact backend. To function, it relies on a few third-party services. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ad networks, session recorders, or any other tracking or profiling tools.

Cookies & tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no localStorage-based tracking, fingerprinting, or cross-site trackers. Because there are no tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner to click through.

How we use your information

Contact-form details are used for one purpose only: to read your enquiry, reply to you, and — if we work together — to scope and deliver your project. We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

How your data is kept safe

• Encryption in transit: the entire site and the contact API are served over HTTPS/TLS.
• No database of submissions: the contact backend forwards your message to our inbox by email and does not store it in a database.
• Secrets are protected: API keys are stored as encrypted environment variables on the server, never in the website code or the public repository.
• Abuse protection: the form uses a hidden honeypot field and per-IP rate limiting to block spam and automated abuse.
• Minimal footprint: we collect as little as possible, which is the simplest way to keep it safe.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to respond to you or carry out a project you've asked about, after which it may be deleted. Server logs held by our hosting and API providers are short-lived and managed by them. Anti-spam rate-limit data is transient and held only in memory.

Where your data is processed

Our providers (Google, Vercel, Resend) operate global infrastructure and may process requests on servers located in the United States or other countries. By submitting the form, you understand your message is transmitted to and processed by these services on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it — just email sadiqueiqbal.si@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we'll honour those requests too.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date below. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
