Floor Master: Perfect Fit — Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Floor Master: Perfect Fit, the flooring, tiling and finishing puzzle game published by Comp-sci-tech. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game
Floor Master: Perfect Fit is free. It has no advertising, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. You may install it and play it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment on any device you own or control.
It is a game, not a trade manual
The game is inspired by real flooring, tiling, wallpapering and decking work, and its tools, measurements and techniques are simplified for play. It is not instruction or professional advice for real building, plumbing or electrical work. Real installations involve sharp tools, power tools, dust, adhesives, waterproofing and building regulations; follow the manufacturer's instructions and local rules, and consult a qualified tradesperson. We accept no responsibility for work done in the real world based on the game.
Your progress
Your progress, statistics, achievements and settings are stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes them permanently, and we cannot restore them. The game has no online features, so there is nothing to disconnect from and no service that can be unavailable.
Intellectual property
The game, its software, design, level designs and the Floor Master: Perfect Fit name, and the Comp-sci-tech name and CST logo, belong to Comp-sci-tech. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute the game, or create derivative versions of it, except as the law allows.
The game includes textures, 3D models, sounds and music by other creators, used under their own licences (mostly CC0, public domain), the Playfair Display typeface (SIL Open Font License), and is built with the Godot Engine (MIT licence). Their names, sources and licence texts are listed in the game under Credits. Nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that it will run on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comp-sci-tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, including lost progress. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
App stores
If you downloaded the game from an app store such as Google Play, that store's own terms also apply to the download. The store is not responsible for the game itself; Comp-sci-tech is.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the game gains new features. The current version always lives on this page, with the date shown below. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
